Katie Dridan  - Mixed Media Visual Artist

Katie Dridan is an emerging South Australian visual artist.

Growing up in the beauty of the Adelaide Hills, she has creatively connected with nature since a young age.

Katie finds inspiration in the natural world's details and textures, with a specific interest in native flora and fauna.

Recently, she has been focusing on her passion for entomology in art.

Whilst camping on the 16:6 Heritage Agreement, Katie experimented with making natural pigments from the surrounding elements and capturing the species encountered on the property. (as captured in these images
